Before departure
- On a domestic trip, at least 2 hours before departure: you get the full price back, minus the advance-booking fee.
- On an international trip, at least 6 hours before departure: you get the full price back, minus the advance-booking fee.
- Later, up to departure: 15% of the ticket price and the fee are withheld.
If you missed the bus
Within 3 hours of the bus leaving you can either change your ticket to another departure, paying 25% of the price extra, or get your money back minus 25% of the price.
If you were late because of illness or an accident, the deadline is 72 hours from departure. After 72 hours, you submit a written request to the bus station's management, with documents confirming the illness or accident.
When you get all your money back
- The bus leaves more than an hour late.
- You are not given the seat on your ticket, or you are given a seat of a lower class than the one you paid for.
- The bus stops on the way and cannot take you to your destination: you get back the price of the distance not travelled.
Tickets bought online
The rules above are the regulation's rules for tickets bought at the cash desk. For a ticket bought online, how much the carrier keeps if you cancel is shown on the trip page, before you pay, and in your order.
Each carrier sets its own refund scale, so the same route can have different rules with different companies.
A ticket bought at the North Bus Station
A ticket bought at the North Bus Station's cash desk is handed back there too: you show your passport and fill in a refund request.
