Lost property

You left something on the bus

  • Call the station's dispatch office as soon as you can.
  • Tell them which carrier you travelled with and the driver's name or the coach's registration number — both are on your ticket.
  • Give the date, the departure time and the route, and describe the item as precisely as you can, so it can be told apart from others.

Your bag in the hold was lost or damaged

The carrier is responsible for luggage in the hold, from the moment it takes it until it hands it back. Luggage nobody collects on arrival is kept by the carrier.

First make a written claim to the carrier, with your luggage tag. The right to go to court over lost or damaged luggage expires after one year.

You lost something at the station

Call the station's dispatch office or ask at the ticket office. If you found something someone else left behind, hand it in at the ticket office.
