Hand luggage
Hand luggage is free if it weighs up to 30 kg, measures between 60 × 40 × 20 cm and 100 × 50 × 30 cm and does not get in other passengers' way.
Bags are not placed in the aisle, by the doors or on the seats. On a coach with a hold, large bags do not go in the cabin.
Luggage in the hold
- One bag weighs up to 60 kg and measures between 60 × 40 × 20 cm and 100 × 50 × 30 cm.
- A passenger is entitled to two luggage places on a coach with a hold and to one on a bus without a hold.
- For a bag larger than 60 × 40 × 20 cm you buy a luggage ticket, at the carrier's rate.
- When you hand it in to the hold you get a numbered tag; at your destination the bag is handed back against the tag.
Which luggage is included in the price and what an extra bag costs is shown on the trip page, because each carrier has its own rates.
What you may not carry
- sharp and cutting objects, firearms without a cover or unpacked;
- poisonous, explosive, toxic, highly flammable, corrosive or foul-smelling substances;
- objects that could soil other passengers' clothes or the cabin;
- bulky luggage that blocks the way.
Who is responsible for your luggage
You are responsible for the luggage in the cabin. The carrier is responsible for the luggage in the hold, from the moment it takes it until it hands it back. When you hand it in, you can declare the luggage's value by paying the set fee.
